Goodbye is never easy..

Her name is Sara and she was my neighbour in Germany. She is 6 years old and a very nice and beautiful little angel. She told me with teary eyes yesterday that she will miss us when we are gone. She told me that we might make a mistake by moving to China because her kindergarden teacher told her that chinese food is bad for the stomach. With her 6 years old eyes she looked at me and asked, "Eveline, what would you do when you are already in China and find out that you don't like the food in there?" I told her that I will ask her to send me some food from Germany and she immediately said yes and asked for my address in China.

Dear Sara, if only life is as simple as food...

Greece: A country to adore

If there is anything that I regret from my trip to Greece is only the fact that I didn't do it sooner. Greece is really adorable, the landscape is beautiful, history is amazing, food is delicious, the lifestyle is simply relaxing and Greek's island is just a place to sit back, relax and read a good book. I can imagine myself travelling a month in Greece without any boredom.

One catch though, Greece is expensive :-(

As usual, here is some photos from the trip.

In Search of the Sun: Lisboa

As it was getting colder in Germany that week (and no, we don’t have anything to do with that sudden drop of temperature!!), we flew out to Lisboa for almost a week to enjoy some nice time under the sun.

And here is the souvenir:
